唐山学院毕业设计设计题目: SO 4 2- /ZrO 2 /Fe 3O 4 /TiO 2 催化剂的制备及其性能研究系别: 环境与化学工程系班级: 11化学工程与工艺( 1)班姓名: 范洪涛指导教师: 李海花 2 0 1 5 年 6月 6日 SO 4 2- /ZrO 2 /Fe 3O 4 /TiO 2 催化剂的制备及其性能研究摘要固体超强酸催化剂是近年来研究和开发的一种新型固体酸催化剂,它具有酸性强度高,易分离等特点, 具有非常重要的应用价值。它可以克服工业上传统催化剂( 如浓硫酸、浓磷酸等无机液体酸等金属卤化物)的诸多弊端:易腐蚀、污染环境、难分离、副反应多、产物选择性低、催化活性不高等。 SO 4 2-/ ZrO 2 型固体超强酸催化剂即为其中一种,这种超强酸催化剂具有高催化活性、水热稳定性、产物与催化剂易分离、不腐蚀设备、不污染环境和重复使用等优点。利用化学共沉淀法制备磁性基质,并与固体酸氧化物复合,合成既具有磁性又具有较高酸强度的磁性固体酸催化剂。通过催化二苯甲醇与乙酸乙酰乙酯等亲核试剂的反应,来检测该催化剂的活性,并通过超强磁铁来分离反应产物与催化剂。结果表明该催化剂有很强的催化活性,二苯甲醇与乙酰乙酸乙酯反应产率可到 % 。. 关键词:磁性固体酸催化剂氯氧化锆 Study on the Preparation and Properties of SO 4 2- /ZrO 2 /Fe 3O 4 /TiO 2/ Catalyst Abstract Solid superacid catalyst isa new type of catalyst materials which have been developed in recent yeas. This catalyst has been proved tobea very effective from the viewpoint of activity, selectivity and reusability in the preparation of various important chemicals which have a number of difficulties wit h homogeneous catalysts, and can e such as corrosion, pollution, more vice-reactions, difficult of separation,and low selectivity. SO 4 2- /ZrO 2 isa kind of them, which has such advantages as high activity, hydrothermal stability, easy of separation of production with catalyst, non-corrosion and non-environment polluting. ic matrix was prepared by chemical coprecipitation, then with solid acid posite. The catalyst had high acid strength and ic. The activity of the catalyst was detected by catalytic reaction ofb enzhydrol with ethyl acetate and other affinity reagents. And through the super to separate the reaction product and catalyst. It was found that catalyst showed high catalytic performance. And the conversion rates of benzhydrol and ethylacetoacetate can up to %.
