汽车横向稳定杆疲劳可靠性研究摘要汽车横向稳定杆是汽车独立悬架的重要安全部件,在汽车转弯或受到阻力时发挥作用,其性能的优劣直接影响整车的安全性、平稳性及舒适性。稳定杆是汽车部件中,典型的受疲劳作用力影响的部件,因此研究汽车横向稳定杆的疲劳特性,为设计具有最佳性能的汽车稳定杆提供数据支持,在汽车设计中具有重要的地位。而我国汽车横向稳定杆的疲劳可靠性设计处在类比设计和经验设计阶段,这种设计偏于保守,对整车性能和成本都非常不利。造成的结果是零部件疲劳设计缺乏科学依据,零件过于笨重或者是疲劳可靠性低。因此,对汽车零部件进行以概率论和统计学为基础的可靠性设计及分析对提高汽车产品的可靠性有着十分重要的意义。本文以稳定杆为研究对象,分析了稳定杆的实际工况,将复杂的稳定杆模型简化,运用理论力学、疲劳断裂力学等方法,在分析稳定杆疲劳断裂危险截面的前提下,对稳定杆的强度、疲劳寿命进行估算;综合运用疲劳设计方法和可靠性方法,考虑到各种参数的随机性,对汽车稳定杆进行可靠性设计;并通过有限元仿真与理论计算结果对比,提出稳定杆表面质量要求和强化工艺要求, 研究提高稳定杆疲劳强度的措旌;为使稳定杆的疲劳强度和刚度满足要求,使用有限元软件对稳定杆截面尺寸进行优化设计,能更加合理的解决稳定杆疲劳强度和侧倾刚度的矛盾性。在此基础上提出了稳定杆疲劳可靠性设计理论。模拟实际工况,在专用试验台架上进行了稳定杆疲劳试验,结果表明本文提出的理论计算与计算机疲劳软件仿真方法能有效的处理稳定杆疲劳强度和侧倾角刚度的计算。关键词:稳定杆疲劳寿命可靠性设计结构优化 Research on The Fatigue Reliability ofAutomotive Stabilizer Bar Abstract Automotive stabilizer bar iS an important ponent of vehicle independent suspension,which works inthe condition ofturning or encountering resistances,and itsperformance would directly affect vehicle safety,stability and stabilizer baris akind oftypical fatigue force affected auto parts, research on fatigue characteristics ofautomotive stabilizer bar could provide data fordesigning automotive stabilizer bar with best performance,which takes an important part inautomotive our country fatigue reliability of cars stabilizer bar design isinthephase ofanalog design and experience design,which iSconservative and bad for vehicle performance and result iSthatfatigue design ponents iS lack ofscientific basis and spare parts are too bulky or have low safety improving the reliability ofautomotive products isimportant totake reliability design and analysis based on probability theory and ponents.
