3 摘要移动通信从 20 世纪 80 年代大规模投入商用以来,已经经历了从模拟通信向数字通信的转变。随着移动通信的飞速发展,传统的以话音和低速数据业务为主的第二代地面移动通信系统己逐渐不能满足人们的要求,而新兴的数据和多媒体业务,如可视电话、 Email 、视频传输、文件下载等将成为移动通信中不可或缺的业务组成,移动通信的发展已经进入了 3G 时代。目前,国外 3G 系统早已投入商用,国内也在 2009 年 1 月发放了 3G 牌照,各大移动运营商都在积极建设第三代移动通信系统。主流的 3G 标准有三种制式,即 WCDMA , CDMA2000 和 TD-SCDMA 。其中, 美国提出的 CDMA2000 可兼容目前的窄带 CDMA 网络;欧洲提出的 WCDMA 则是为了实现与 GSM 网络的兼容和从 GSM 平滑过渡到 3G 系统而设计的; TD-SCDMA 是由我国提出,并享有自主知识产权的标准,因而备受国家重视。本文的研究工作以 TD-SCDMA 无线网络规划项目为背景, 结合重庆移动建设 TD-SCDMA 系统网络的实际情况,从 TD-SCDMA 无线网络规划的实际应用出发, 对 TD-SCDMA 系统的发展、构成、无线网络规划原则和无线网络规划的实际应用进行了深入的研究,并采用理论计算的方法,对 TD-SCDMA 无线网络进行了具体的容量估算、覆盖范围确定、站址数量计算等一系列工作。最后结合规划软件, 考察设计系统在地理信息系统上的覆盖、导频干扰及服务质量情况,对规划的结果进行了仿真,得到了重庆移动江北区 TD-SCDMA 无线网络建设方案。关键词: 第三代移动通信, TD-SCDMA ,网络规划,容量,覆盖摘要 4 ABSTRACT Since the 80's of 20th century, Mobile Communications ha s experienced the changes from munication to di munication. With the rapid development of munications, trad itional voice and low speed data services to the second generation of ground-based m munications system has gradually failed to meet people's demands, while new da ta and multimedia services, such as video telephony, E-mail, Video transfer , file downloads will e an indispensable business ponent. The deve lopment of mobile communications has entered the 3G era. At pres ent, many countries abroad ha ve invested co mmercial 3G system already. In January 2009, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China release of the 3G licenses, the major mobile operators are actively building third generation munication systems. There are three mainstream 3G standa rd format, that is, WCDMA, CDMA2000 and TD-SCDMA. Among them, CD MA2000 of the United States patible with the existing narrowband work; WCDMA of European is proposed in order to patibility with the wor k and a smooth transition from GSM to 3G systems design; TD-SCDMA is put forward by Ch ina.
