StructureAnalysisMethod Studyof H-Vertical Wind Turbine MainShaft System A Thesis Submitted to Chongqing University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirement for the Master’sDegree of Engineering By ShiWenbo Supervised by Specialty: Mechanical Design and Theory College of Mechanical Engineering ofChongqing University, Chongqing, China May,2015 中文摘要 I 摘要风力发电是具有大规模发展潜力的可再生能源。H型垂直轴风电机组由于其优越的空气动力学性能,应用愈来愈广泛。主轴系统是垂直轴风电机组联结风轮和齿轮增速箱的重要组成部件,受力复杂,其结构特性直接影响风电机组的寿命。论文根据结构动力学、有限元分析理论,结合风力发电机组设计规范,对H型垂直轴风电机组主轴系统进行了深入系统的研究,为H型垂直轴风力机主轴系统设计提供依据。论文主要研究内容和成果如下: (1)研究了大型H型垂直轴风电机组的工作原理、整机结构,明确了其主轴系统的设计要求和结构特点。并确定主轴系统结构分析的方案。(2)研究应用于H型垂直轴风电机组主轴系统结构分析的相关理论。根据 Hertz接触及弹性流体润滑理论对主轴回转支承轴承在润滑状态下的综合径向刚度进行了理论计算,分析了主轴系统结构分析中轴承忽略油膜刚度的合理性,为主轴系统准确分析提供依据。(3)结合研发的H型垂直轴风电机组主轴系统结构,研究建立基于非线性接触分析的有限元建模方法。应用大型通用有限元分析软件Ansys,分析校核了主轴系统在极限载荷工况下静强度、静刚度。(4)研究主轴系统在径向负载下的柔度理论分析方法,对主轴系统的支承跨距进行了优化分析,得到了合理的支承跨距,改善了主轴系统动力学性能。关键词:H型垂直轴风电机组,主轴系统,非线性接触,油膜刚度,支承跨距, 动力学性能重庆大学硕士学位论文 II 英文摘要 III ABSTRACT Wind power is a renewable energy with large development potential.
