摘要
电子商务代表着贸易的发展方向,是未来一个国家一个民族长立的根本,极大的推进全球经济的发展。
B2C 电子商务是近年发展迅速,由于B2C 电子商务管销成本的低廉,使得许多B2C 电子商务企业雨后春笋般的出现,发展势头十分强劲,并且在美国已经相当成熟。我们回头看看那些如春笋般冒出的B2C网站,却是一茬又一茬,那么好的大环境为何还有那么多倒掉的企业呢?对,那定是利润的问题,本文将对B2C 电子商务企业的商业模式进行分析,如何从商业模式中找出一个适合自己的盈利模式,还有如何对B2C 电子商务企业进行运营管理。本文还拿国内外的B2C电子商务的发展情况进行了对比,以期解决我国B2C 电子商务在实际操作中遇到的问题,如何认识这些在实际操作中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出进一步的发展策略或建议是一个值得思考的问题。

ABSTRACT
merce represents the development direction of trading,It is the future of a country and nation long-established, promote the development of the global economy greatly1>.
B2C merce is developing rapidly, due to the B2C merce sales cost low, so tube many B2C merce enterprises have very strong momentum of development. and has quite mature in the United States. B2C merce have changed our way of life, and also in slowly changing our business model, from all aspects of our society permeate every corner .If we look at those like a spring of B2C websites, you will find they are a crop of crop and environment, then fell out why are they enterprised? Yes, that is the problem of profit, this paper will profit of B2C merce business mode analysis, how to find a suitable business model, and the profit pattern of oneself how to B2C merce enterprise operation and management. This paper also take the B2C merce and the development situation parison, in order to solve our B2C merce in practice, how to understand the problems in the actual operation of these problems, and1t is a question on this basis to further development strategy or advices.
