摘要

信息化技术发展日新月异，新技术出现在提升大家对信息掌握和操控能力同时也为当今社会保险信息化建设提出了更高要求。 伴随因特网（Internet）在全球迅猛发展和广泛应用，电子商务（Electronic Commerce）受到大家越来越多关注，并渗透到大家生活各个角落，改变着社会经济各个方面。
基于J2EE三层架构还含有很多特点。应用J2EE三层架构对于保留现存IT资产有着关键意义。因为基于J2EE平台产品几乎能够在任何操作系统和硬件配置上运行，现有操作系统和硬件也能够被完整地保留下来继续使用。J2EE体系对大型系统高效开发有着良好支持者。对异构环境支持是基于J2EE体系又一优异特征。可伸缩性也是社保行业要求一项关键系统特征。基于J2EE平台应用程序可被布署到多种操作系统和平台上。
本系统开发能够提升工作效率，扩大服务范围，降低工作人员劳动强度，提升商店资金利用率。立即获取鲜花库存信息，为鲜花商店经理估计鲜花销售量和正确决议提供可靠参考信息。科学管理鲜花和库存，提升资金利用率，尽最大可能程度满足用户需要。鲜花管理信息系统规模较小，但作为教材案例仍是篇幅太大。所以，此处仅对系统分析和系统设计阶段关键工作加以介绍。在管理信息系统整个开发过程中，系统分析和系统设计是基础性和难度较大工作阶段，所以，加强对系统分析、系统设计举例，对巩固和深化所学知识会有较大收益。

ABSTRACT
Changing information technology and the emergence of new technology to improve people's ability to grasp of the information and control for today's social insurance information construction also put forward higher requirements. With the rapid development of the Internet in the world and wide application of e-commerce is more and more attention, and penetrated into every corner of our life, changing all aspects of the social economy.
