　 【摘要】 目的：探讨***吡格雷联合丁咯地尔对急性脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α及血液流变学的影响。方法：选取2016年12月-2018年12月本院收治的急性脑梗死患者96例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各48例。对照组应用***吡格雷治疗，研究组应用***吡格雷联合丁咯地尔治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血液流变学变化、神经功能缺损程度评分、TNF-α水平、血清hs-CRP水平和治疗后的效果。结果：治疗后，研究组血液黏度在1、5、30、200 I/s切变率均低于对照组，血浆黏度和血小板凝聚率、纤维蛋白原均低于对照组（P<）;治疗后，研究组TNF-α、血清hs-CRP水平均低于对照组（P<）;研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<）;治疗后3、7、15 d，研究组神经功能缺损程度评分均低于对照组（P<）。结论：在急性脑梗死患者的治疗过程中，***吡格雷联合丁咯地尔的治疗效果尤为理想，可改善血清hs-CRP、TNF-α和血液流变学水平，临床上应当进一步推广应用。

　　 [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effects of Clopidogrel combined with Buflomedil on serum hs-CRP， TNF-α and hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Method： A total of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected， they were divided into the control group and study group， by random number table method， 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Clopidogrel， while the study group was treated with Clopidogrel combined with Buflomedil. Hemorheology changes， neurological deficit score， TNF-α level， serum hs-CRP level before and after treatment and the effect after treatment were compared between the two groups. Result： After treatment， the blood viscosity in the study group at 1， 5， 30， 200 I/s were lower than those in the control group， the plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate， fibrinogen were lower than those in the control group （P<）. After treatment， the levels of TNF-α and serum hs-CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group （P<）.
