　 【摘要】 目的：探討肠系膜脂膜炎的MSCT表现及其诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析76例肠系膜脂膜炎的临床及MSCT表现，总结其影像学特征，分析MSCT对该病的诊断价值。结果：病变围绕肠系膜血管及走行区域呈云雾状密度增高影76例，病灶边界与正常的脂肪分界清晰。出现“假包膜征”44例，“脂肪环征”33例，病变包绕肠系膜血管，但不侵犯，血管走形正常，未见明显受压、狭窄76例，其内见软组织小结节49例，轻度增强，累及左侧空肠肠系膜74例。结论：肠系膜脂膜炎的临床无特征性、无明显原因腹痛患者需除外脂膜炎，其MSCT表现具有特征性，MSCT是诊断肠系膜脂膜炎非常有效的影像手段。

　　 [Abstract] Objective： To discuss MSCT finding and diagnostic value of mesenteric panniculitis. Method： The clinical and MSCT finding of 76 cases with mesenteric panniculitis were analyzed retrospectively， the imaging characteristics were summarized and the diagnostic value of MSCT was analyzed. Result： The lesion showed a cloud density increase around mesenteric vessels and mesenteric distribution area in 76 cases， the lesion were sharpy defined with normal fat.“False capsule sign”were seen in 44 cases， “fat ring sign”were seen in 33 cases， the lesion around the mesenteric vessels， but not violated， the vessel shape is normal， no obvious compression and stenosis in 76 cases， small soft tissue nodules were seen in 49 case， mild enhancement， left jejunum mesentery was involved in 74 cases. Conclusion： Mesenteric panniculitis without clinical features， no obvious cause of abdominal pain should pay attention to， the MSCT has characteristic features， MSCT is effective for the diagnosis of mesenteric panniculitis.

　　 肠系膜脂膜炎（mesenteric panniculitis，MP）是肠系膜脂肪组织的一种非化脓性炎症，可导致肠系膜纤维增生、增厚，形成“肿瘤效应”为特征的一种少见疾病。其发病机制目前还不是非常明确，临床上主要表现为腹痛和腹部包块，但无特征性。回顾分析76例肠系膜脂膜炎的临床资料及CT影像特征，探讨MSCT的表现和诊断价值。
