摘 要
铸造低碳马氏体不锈钢是20世纪60年代发展起来钢种。该钢含有良好淬透性、优良室温和低温力学性能、腐蚀疲惫强度和动静态断裂韧性,良好铸、锻、焊和机加工等工艺性能及优良服役性能(如抗空蚀、抗磨损、低温性能。现已广泛应用于水电、火电、核电等电力工业领域。
本文关键是对材质为ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo(马氏体铸造不锈钢)上冠铸件进行工艺工装设计,应用UG软件画出三维造型,最终应用AnyCasting软件进行工艺模拟,针对模拟结果进行分析,修改工艺,得出最合理工艺设计方案。
上冠铸件,要求含有高强度,良好抗磨耐蚀性,不许可有砂眼、缩松。造型采取呋喃树脂砂,熔炼采取碱性电弧炉返回法,为确保铸件质量,浇注系统为顶注式,直浇道采取圆柱状,并在浇口杯处安放过滤网,在有热结处安放冷铁。这么能够大大提升铸件出品率,提升了铸件质量。

Abstract
Casting low-carbon martensitic stainless steel developed in the 1960s. The steel has good hardenability, good room temperature and low temperature mechanical properties, corrosion fatigue strength and static and dynamic fracture toughness, good casting, forging, welding and machining process performance and excellent service performance (such as anti-cavitation abrasion resistance, low temperature performance). It has been widely used in the field of hydropower, thermal power, nuclear power industry.
In this paper, we designed the technology and equipment of the Shang guan castings that the material for ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo (martensitic cast stainless steel). I used UG software to draw three-dimensional shape, then used AnyCasting software to process simulation, analysised the simulation results, modifyed the process, arrived at the most reasonable process design finally.
Shang guan castings required that the high strength, good wear and corrosion resistance, and not allowed to have trachoma, shrinkage. We used the furan resin sand to Modeling, the alkaline electric arc furnace return method to Melting. To ensure the quality of castings, gating system using the top note, sprue using a cylindrical, and placing the filter at the gate Cup, the cold iron in the hot junction.
