摘 要
电子商务的出现，彻底颠覆了以往传统的购买方式，当这一种新型的方式在世界大行其道的时候，酒店电子商务，则略显缓慢的发展。在这个缓慢的背后，有着太多的因素，但最重要的几点是：传统观念对电子商务发展的束缚、人才匮乏及行业距离、运作环境局限。尽管有着种种难题，但电子商务显示出的无可比拟的节约成本，扩大客户群体，使酒店业有了更大的发展空间。本文主要针对电子商务在酒店业应用的研究，着重分析了电子商务在酒店业应用的优势和所存在的问题，尝试提出有针对性的对策以及对酒店业应用电子商务的未来进行展望。

Abstract
With the appearance of electronic commerce, completely changed the previous traditional purchasing mode. When this a new way in the world is popular, the hotel e-commerce, is slightly slow development The reason of slow development, because it has too many factors, but the most important points is：The traditional concept of electronic commerce development restrictions 、Talent less、The distance between the industry and industry ,and Operation environment limited , Despite all its problems, but the electronic commerce shows incomparable to save cost and expand the customer group, so that the hotel industry have more space for development . This article mainly aims at the electronic commerce in the hotel industry application research and focusing on the analysis of the electronic commerce in the advantages of application of hotel industry and the existing problems. Try to put forward some countermeasures and applications prospects the future for the hotel industry e-commerce.
