摘 要
三星集团通过信息技术的不断提高以及企业内部管理的创新模
式，三星集团跻身于世界前茅，被美国《财富》杂志评选为世界
强企业。但是，在这个竞争激烈的世界中，想要保持这个地位
甚至发展的更好，就必须不断利用信息技术研发出更好的产品，就
必须不断改革、创新企业管理，与时俱进。在产品、技术、知识等
创新速度日益加快的今天，成长的可持续性已经成为现代企业所面
临的比管理效率更重要的课题。三星集团企业管理创新，最重要的
是在组织高管层面有完善的计划与实施步骤以及对可能出现的障碍
与阻力有清醒认识。
