摘要
木工机械是指在木材加工工艺中,将木材加工的半成品加工成为木制品的一类机械。木工机械的典型设备是木工机床。木工机械与普通机床有相同点,也有很大的区别。由于木工机床加工的对象是木材,木材的不均匀性和各向异性,使木材在不同的方向上具有不同的性质和强度,切屑时作用于木材纤维方向的夹角不同,木材的应力和破坏载荷也不同,促使木材切削过程发生许多复杂的物理化学变化。此外,由于木材的硬度不高,起机械强度极限较低,具有良好的分离性。木材的耐热能力较差,加工时不能超过其焦化温度。所有这些,构成了木工机床独有的特性。木线机是一种装饰木线条的加工机械,它只有换上不同的***就能加工出不同的木线条。木线具有很好的装饰作用,应用于装修。木线机是单面压刨床的一种。

Abstract
