5T双梁桥式起重机小车起升机构设计
摘要
此次课题设计来源是依据卫华集团起重机厂的工作实际,课题性质属于实际工程设计。
此次设计是5T双梁桥式起重机小车起升机构的设计。首先通过大量的阅读桥式起重机有关专刊和文献,大致总结出国内外双梁桥式起重机的发展趋势以及双梁桥式起重机的特点与分类,并仔细分析了双梁桥式起重机的组成及其工作原理。根据课题设计参数及设计要求制定出双梁桥式起重机小车起升机构的总体设计方案和一些主要零部件的初步选择;其次在小车起升机构的计算中,确定了小车起升机构的传动方案,并进行了钢丝绳和吊钩组的设计与计算以及滑轮组和卷筒的设计与计算,验算了起升静功率。通过对电动机及减速器的设计与计算,进行了电动机的过载验算和发热验算。又根据制动器及联轴器的设计与计算,验算了起动时间和制动时间,并进行了高速轴的疲劳计算和静强度计算;最后在小车及起升机构的机构设计里,分析了小车及起升机构的结构组成,重点完成了卷筒组的机构设计,并完成电气控制系统的设计。通过一系列的设计,满足了起重量5t和起升高度为16m 的课题设计要求。
