Research on Cultivating Capability of Educational Science R esearch of English Major in Normal University A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate : Xue Lihui Supervisor : Prof. Guan Shimin Hainan Normal University Haikou, China 1I 摘要在我国,培养研究型教师已随着基础教育课程改革的实施步伐和教师专业化要求的提高逐渐成为我国教师教育改革的目标和方向,教育科研能力是研究型教师的核心,也是教师专业素质的重要组成部分。因此,在师范教育过程中,改进和完善师范生教育科研能力培养模式,积极探索提高师范生教育科研能力的途径就显得十分必要。本文从教育科研能力研究视角,对师范院校本科英语专业学生的教育科研能力状况进行研究,主要研究内容聚焦以下三个问题:一是师范本科英语专业学生的教育科研能力的现状调查,二是对师范学生教育科研能力薄弱的成因分析,三是改进师范学生教育科研能力培养途径和问题对策。本文在对现有文献的研究和总结的基础上,提出了本科英语专业师范学生教育科研能力内涵;通过问卷调查、访谈和个案研究发现,英语专业师范学生在英语教育科研意识、英语教育科研理论知识、英语教育科研成果等方面发展不平衡,并对此问题进行了归因分析。本文对英语专业师范学生教育科研能力薄弱问题进行了个案分析,在研究中发现,消除学生对教育科研活动的畏惧感和神秘感、学生组建参与课题小组、引导学生操作教育科研基本程序等教育手段的介入可以促进英语师范学生教育科研能力的初步形成与提高。最后,结合本研究的初步结论和现有的教育理论成果,提出了强化学生英语专业知识与技能的建构,以提高英语教育科研能力培养的专业素质;增设教育科学方法论等相关实践拓展课程;以及学校注重入学教育,为学生开展科研搭建科研平台,创设教育科研氛围的主要路径,并重点提出形成在校师范学生、一线教师和师范院校构成的课题小组模式,切实提高本科师范学生的教育科研能力。关键词:英语专业;师范学生;教育科研能力;现状调查;问题对策; II Abstract W ith the implementation of curriculum reform of basic education and the advance of teacher professional development, only research -oriented teacher can meet the needs and the direction of the teachers ’ reform. Capability of educational science research, which is the petencies of research- oriented teachers, plays an important part in teachers ’ professional quality. Therefore , some effective measures should be taken to perfect the training mode and explore ways of capability of educational science research of normal students whose major is English during the academic years .
