中国世界遗产的破坏问题分析及应对策略研究
【摘要】
世界遗产是被联合国教科文组织和世界遗产委员会确认的人类罕见的、目前无法替代的、为全人类公认的具有突出意义和普遍价值的文化和自然财富;它具有极高的科学、美学、文化人类学和社会学等价值。我国是拥有世界遗产类别最齐全的国家之一,我国于1985年11月加入《保护世界文化和自然遗产公约》成为该公约的缔约国之一。1986年开始申报世界遗产至今,已成为世界遗产大国,中国的遗产事业取得了一些令人瞩的成绩,与此同时我们也应该看到在突出的成绩背后仍然存在着令人忧心的问题,在对待世界遗产时缺乏正确的认识,保护不利及利用的不合理已经对世界遗产造成了严重的破坏。目前国内已有对中国世界遗产这方面的研究,但大都是以开发利用角度来看,对中国世界遗产的破坏问题的深刻探讨较少;因此,通过对《保护世界文化和自然遗产公约》的解读对中国世界遗产的破坏问题进行具体分析,以提高国民对世界遗产这一宝贵财富的认识,规范对待世界遗产的行为,从而避免对世界遗产的破坏。

Abstract
World Heritage is the UNESCO and the World mittee confirmed human rare, is currently unable to replacing, recognized for all people have significance and universal value of cultural and natural wealth; it has great value of science , aesthetics, cultural anthropology and sociology etc. China is one of the countries which have the largest kinds of world heritage and became a member of ‘Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage’ in November 1985. Since 1986, China declared world heritage, it has made some significant progress in heritage, and however, there are still some worrying problems behind the outstanding World Heritage has been causing serious damage because of lack of correct understanding, protection and utilization of unreasonable. Currently the World Heritage of China has been research in this area, most articles is based on development and utilization and the discussion less of destruction. Therefore, the author will analyze Chinese World Heritage destruction specifically by reading Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Herita
