ee 连杆凸轮减速器的运动仿真[ 摘要]: 连杆凸轮减速器主要借助于一齿差原理、摆线针轮减速器和渐开线三环减速器的部分结构特点研制而成。此次毕业设计主要是熟悉连杆凸轮器的工作原理,分析该减速器的结构特点;推导实现定传动比、连续传动的条件和凸轮廓线的数学方程;对连杆凸轮减速器进行简单的结构设计,完成对给定参数下的减速器部分零部件建模及三维装配工作,并进行仿真。[ 关键词]:连杆凸轮减速器;凸轮;摆线针轮; PRO/E 三维建模;运动仿真。 ee T he virtual movement emulation ofC am-linkage R educer Abstract : The cam-linkage reducer is mainly through the principle of one tooth difference, cycloid gear reducer and three-ring reducer from the development of structural characteristics. The graduation project is familiar with the working principle oft he cam-linkage reducer, analysis the structural characteristics of the cam-linkage reducer; d erivation the set transmission ratio to achieve and continuous transmission of the conditions and p rofile of cam the mathematical equation; cam-linkage reducer on the structure of simple design, completion to the given parameters of the reducer part and three-dimensional modeling and motion simulation.
