　　I’m writing to give my view on the so-called “white pollution” problem. In my opinion, restricting the use of disposable plastic bags is of vital significance.
　　My suggestions to cope with this problem are as follows. First and foremost, it is urgent for government of levels to carry out relevant rules and regulations to ban the free use of disposable plastic bags. In addition, it is imperative for businesses to develop alternative forms to replace plastic bags. Last but not least, the general public’s awareness of limiting the use of plastic bags remains to be improved.
