摘要:文屮通过对PID控制和模糊控制的原理和特点进行介绍,介绍了一种基于模糊PID控 制器的模糊PID白整定控制方法,解决了T稈机械多功能实验台在二次调节加载系统屮的控 制问题。在该PID控制的规划和设计过稈中,对基于模糊PID技术的控制原理进行了详细说 明,并对其屮的模糊变量和隶属函数进行了明确,制定出合适的模糊规则和相应的推理和解 模糊的具体方法。最后,对分别采用P【D控制和模糊PID控制的试验台二次调节加载系统进 行了模拟仿真,仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制器的校正效能良好,能够改变二次调节加载系 统的动态响应,大幅提高控制器的控制效果。

Abstract: n this paper, through the PID control and fuzzy control to the principle and characteristics are introduced, this paper introduces a kind of fuzzy PID controller based on the fuzzy PID control method auto-tuning, solve the multi-function equipment engineering machinery in the secondary adjusting the loading system control problem. In the PID control of planning and design process, based on the fuzzy PID technology for the control principle of a detailed illustration, and the fuzzy variables and membership functions of the clear, to make out proper fuzzy rules and the corresponding specific methods of fuzzy reasoning reconciliation. Finally, the PID control and fuzzy respectively of PID control test rig secondary adjusting loading system simulation, the simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller calibration performance is good, can change the secondary adjusting loading the dynamic response of the system and increase
