伴随老龄化社会推进, 中国老人基数越来越庞大, 尤其是独生儿女政策大力推行, 使得社会上出现了“空巢老人”这一特殊群体。 其所带来多种社会问题层出不穷, 综其原因, 多为和儿女缺乏沟通, 缺乏关爱照成。 而电话作为人和人之间沟通关键工具之一, 形形色色各类产品可谓是多不胜数, 但专为老人设计电话产品却是凤毛麟角。 市面上现有电话产品大多是为年轻人设计, 追求功效和外观同时产品操作复杂程度愈来愈高, 产品越来越小, 用户操作十分不便。 产品本身没有表现对用户关心和珍惜, 产品显得冷冰冰, 缺乏情感。
而本课题关键经过一系列对应研究来处理上述问题: 经过一个全新交互方法, 将数码相框和电话相结合, 使得产品在方便老人使用同时, 更提供了一个全新情感寄托方法, 经过产品艺景思情, 使电话通讯更富有情感和人性化。
(1) 研究并分析老年人产品情感化设计方法。 依据老年人生理和心理特征, 结合老年人对产品情感需求, 分析老年人情感化设计要素和方法, 指导项目产品设计计划;
(2) 建立了老年人和相关群体用户模型。 经过对现有市场调查和分析, 结适用户访谈和调研, 明确产品功效诉求, 并基于这些分析建立老年人全家福电话机用户模型。
(3)设计并实现老人全家福电话。 从工程实现、 价格、 成本等角度确定系统实现形式和交互方法, 完成系统软硬件开发及样机制作。

With the Aged Society developing , China's Aging Population become more larger. Especially with the one-child policy has been popularized, it also makes a special group people , which called the "Ampty Nester ".The Reasons for that was lack of communication with their children, and love. As the main tool communication between people, cellphone was one of the most effective tools in the world, but most of them were just for the young, aged products was very rare. The existing phone on the market was hard to operated by the aged. The product itself did not reflect the care and love for the users, it is cold and lack of emotion.
The topic of this research was look for a valid path to solve this problems: Through a new man-machine interaction just as a digital photo frames telephone. It not only makes product in convenient for aged ,but also to offer a new way on emotion product design to make machine more hommization.
This paper mainly through the following several aspects to describe the development work of the research:
