深蹲与卧推的评价标准及相关测试仪器的设计
摘 要

随着社会生活节奏的加快和人们物质文化水平的提高，医疗保障的实现也使得人们不再满足于仅仅只有一个健康的身体，越来越多的人开始追求的是健美的身体，让身体长期处于一个超健康的状态，而深蹲和卧推作为健美项目里面两个最为基础最为重要的环节，人们对深蹲和卧推的接触也越来越多越来越深入，本文将围绕深蹲和卧推这个项目来进行有关仪器的设计和测试。由于现在健身和锻炼对于动作标准程度要求越来越高，自动测试动作标准程度的仪器深蹲卧推器也随着出现，本次设计的深蹲卧推器就能达到检测动作是否标准的目的。使用者只需将改仪器绑在大腿或者手臂，然后进行深蹲卧推运动，然后该仪器会通过LED灯显示该使用者的动作是否标准，深蹲卧推器广泛适用于各种需要进行深蹲和卧推的场合，运动员专业训练、健身训练、力量训练、各种体育训练场所，改产品的优势就是能独自进行深蹲训练无需旁人监督也能进行标准的练****实现锻炼的自动化。
