摘 要
节约能源, 提高生产工艺过程中的能量利用率和开发研究新的节能技术已成为各国研究能源利用技术的主要课题。随着生产工艺的改进和采用有效的节能技术设备,一次能源利用率的逐步提高,高温余热资源的总量相应减少,大量的中、低温余热和固体显热的余热未得到经济而有效地回收利用。为了给好更充分的利用资源和减少能源浪费,因此,余热锅炉产生了并高速发展。
汽包水位的稳定性是余热锅炉运行的主要指标,为了保证余热锅炉的安全、稳定、经济运行,本文设计采用了性能先进的PLC、微型计算机、智能调节器等自动设备组成的余热锅炉自动控制系统,并且以三冲量调节方式对余热锅炉汽包液位进行控制。这样使整个系统适应能力更强,抗干扰能力和鲁棒性更好,保证水位的稳定。因此,设计出更精准、更灵活的水位控制系统是非常必要的。

Abstract
To save energy, improve the production process of energy utilization and development research new energy-saving technology has become energy utilization technology in all countries the main research topic. As improve the production process and adopting effective energy saving technology and equipment, once the gradual improvement of the energy efficiency, high temperature heat resources corresponding decrease the amount of low-temperature heat and solid, did not get the sensible heat waste recycling economic and effectively. In order to give good more fully utilization of resources and reduce energy wasted, so, waste heat boiler produced and high-speed development.
The stability of the drum water level is waste heat boiler operation of the main index, in order to guarantee the waste heat boiler safety, stability and economic operation was designed using performance, this paper advanced PLC, microcomputer, intelligent regulator automated equipment such as the waste heat boiler of automatic control system, regulating mode in three impulse and to waste heat boiler drum liquid level control. This ability to adapt to the whole system, the anti-interference ability and stronger robustness, guarantee the stability of water. Therefore, design a more accurate and more flexible water level control system is very necessary.
