摘 要：为了提高齿轮室盖的加工精度和生产效率，需要设计一台组合机床来改善齿轮室盖的加工情况。本课题设计的是ZH1100柴油机齿轮室盖三面钻孔组合机床。用于加工被加工零件左面的6-M6的螺纹底孔、锪6-∅20的平面；右面9-∅10的光孔和-M14的螺纹底孔；后面3个∅9的光孔和-M12的螺纹底孔。一次装夹同时完成26个孔的加工。该机床设计的重点是总体设计和主轴箱设计两部分。总体设计包括机床配置型式的确定、结构方案的选择以及“三图一卡”的绘制。主轴箱设计包括绘制多轴箱设计原始依据图、确定主轴和齿轮、完成动力计算、设计传动系统、传动轴轴径的计算以及坐标的确定，绘制坐标检查图，变位齿轮的设计与修正，轴和齿轮的强度校核，绘制多轴箱装配图和零件补充加工图。机床采用卧式单工位三面加工的方案，加工和装配的工艺性好，零件装夹方便。采用液压滑台实现***进给，借助导套引导***实现精度稳定的加工。主轴采用标准主轴，***选用复合麻花钻，使得工序集中。本组合机床效率高，成本低，加工精度高，操作使用方便，减轻了工人的劳动强度，提高了劳动生产率。

Abstract: In order to prove the gear covered machining precision and the production efficiency, need to design a high effective modular machine tool to improve the production of the gear cover, this topic is the design of modular machine tool for drilling holes on three-side of ZH1100 engine gear chamber cover. in the left surface ,the modular machine tool is used to drill bottom of 6-M6 screw, Drill 6-∅20 of holes, in the right surface, product 9-∅10 of holes, and a bottom of M14 screw, in the back surface , product 9-∅10 of holes and a bottom of M12 screw. An attire clamps can product 26 holes .The focal point of this topic is the system design and the right headstock design. The system design include the definite of the machine tool with distribution patterns, the selecting of the structure plan and the completing three Figure and one card . The right headstock design including drawing the primitive basic chart for the headstock, determine the headstock and the gears, completing the power computation, designing the transmission system, the calculation of transmission shaft and coordinate the -gear design and revision, axis and gear with the intensity check, drawing the headstock assembly drawing and the part processing c
