【摘要】目的：探讨社会支持对卒屮后抑郁(post-stroke depression)患者抑郁 状况以及神经功能改善的影响。方法：随机搜集300例卒屮后抑郁患者，通过社会支持量表 评分调查每例患者社会支持状况；随后根据量表得分将上述患者分为两组：评分高于20分的 A组和评分低于20分的B组，6个月后两组患者分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(hamiltw rating scale for depression, HAMD)和美国国立卫生研究院卒中最表(national institutes of health stroke scale, NIHSS)评分测定。结果：A纟fl患者6个月后汉密尔顿评分、NIHSS 评分均较B纟R明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)o结论：强化社会支持对卒屮示抑郁患 者抑郁状况以及神经功能改善显著，社会支持联合抗抑郁药物是一种有效治疗卒屮后抑郁途 径。

[Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of social support on the improvement of depression state and nervous function for post~stroke depression patients. Methods 300 patients of post-stroke clepression were divided into two groups based on the scores of scale of social support, which were group A (score above 20) and group B (score below 20). After 6 monihs, all of the patients were measured with both hami Iton rating scale for depression (HAMD) and national institutes of health stroke scale (NIIISS).
