[摘要] 目的：探讨糖尿病性胃轻瘫的最优化针灸治疗方案。方法：将100例患者随机分为体针组、电针组、针刺水针组和针刺艾灸组四组，均治疗3个疗程。观察四组病例治疗前后临床症状体征评分。结果：治疗后四组患者中，针刺艾灸组显效率优于其他三组，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。四组饱胀、食欲不振、嗳气、上腹痛、恶心症状评分中，针刺艾灸组疗效优于其他三组，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论：针刺艾灸组合治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效最佳方案
