心型凸台加工工艺的制定
摘要
在经济全球化趋势和加入世贸组织的格局下，我国的产业结构发生了重大变化，制造业迸发出巨大崭新的生机，中国制造业正向世界制造业基地转变，在机械产品数量不断增加的同时，对产品的性能也提出了越来越高的要求质量和效率已成为企业生存和发展的关键。在当前的机械加工中，普通机床已经不能跟上高精度和高效率发展的需要，现在企业纷纷采用各种先进的各种数控设备用作保证产品加工质量的数控技术措施，为企业带来了较好的经济效益。
在本论文中我通过对零件的图形分析,材料分析,选好了加工毛坯,,从而手工将加工零件的全部工艺过程、工艺参数、位移数据等以规定的代码、程序格式写出,编制出了适合所选铣床的程序。

Abstract
The pattern of the trend of economic globalization and WTO accession, China's industrial structure has undergone significant changes in manufacturing burst out of a huge new vitality, transformation of China's manufacturing industry is the world's manufacturing base, while increasing number of mechanical products , the performance of the product is also increasingly high requirements of quality and efficiency has become the key to business survival and development. In the current machining, general machine tools can not keep up with the needs of the development of high precision and efficiency, companies have adopted a variety of advanced a variety of CNC equipment as CNC technical measures to ensure production quality, the enterprise has brought better economic benefits.
In this paper through graphical analysis of the parts, materials analysis, selected a processing blank, also the process of processing. Process analysis to manually processing parts of all process, process parameters, the displacement data to provide for code, the program format to write, compile the program for selected milling.
