摘 要
在全球近年来工业高速的发展,在发展的这过程中剪板机起到了举足轻重的作用,比如在许多汽车公司和一些机械公司需求很大。在通过分析现状和实地考察的前提下,从机械剪板机和液压剪板机中选择了优势比较大的液压闸式剪板机作为设计对象,在设计中通过各种剪板机的运动原理、性能、实用性、功能、经济的对比体现出液压闸式剪板机的优点。液压闸式剪板机通过液压缸的往返运动实现上刀架的运动,使剪板机完成剪切的方式。通过了解液压闸式剪板机刀,完成了平面图设计、刀架的设计、挡料板的设计、剪切力计算、剪切厚度、剪切长度、刚度校核,最终设计出经济实用的剪板机。

ABSTRACT
In the global industry high-speed development in recent years, in the process of the development of the shearing machine has played a pivotal role, such as in many car companies and some machinery company is a big demand. On the premise of through analyzing the status quo and on-the-spot investigation, from the mechanical shearing machine and hydraulic plate shears chose advantages bigger hydraulic brake type shearing machine as a design object, through all sorts of shearing machine movement principle in the design, performance, practicality, functionality, economic contrast reflects the advantages of hydraulic brake type shearing machine.
