激振器上座式单梁筛是基于单梁筛的大胆创新。每节筛箱上对称的安装两个激振器，激振器两铀上的偏心质量和偏心距均相等，并且以H梁的垂直轴线为对称，轴线通过筛箱的质心。两轴作同步反向回转时，每一瞬时两轴上偏心质量所产生的离心惯性力沿垂直轴线方向的分力总是相互叠加，这就形成了垂直于轴线方向的简谐力,而沿其他方向的分力总是互相抵消。该简谐力作用在筛箱上，驱动筛箱作轨迹为直线的往复振动。同时筛箱安装有一定角度，使物料有向下移动的趋势，从而达到筛分目的。甫礞璇掴业谀柯车臀镒颥缁磲潜
