摘 要
改革开放以来，随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展和国有企业结构调整步伐的加快，我国国民经济得到迅猛发展。其中中小企业在我国国民经济的发展中起着重要作用。但是我国中小企业融资难问题突出，我国中小企业在蓬勃发展的同时遭遇了融资瓶颈。
如何有效地解决中小企业融资难的问题对我国经济发展有着重要意义，因此本文通过对中小企业的特点及中小企业融资现状进行论述，从不同角度分析中小企业融资难的原因，并对解决问题的对策进行研究，为进一步改善我国中小企业融资环境提供借鉴，以促进我国中小企业发展。

Abstract
Since the reform and open policy, along with our country socialist market economy development and state-owned enterprise structural adjustment pace accelerate, our country national economy gets rapid development. Small and medium enterprises in China's national economic development plays an important role in. But our country small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult question to highlight, our country small and medium-sized enterprise in the booming development of the encounter with the financing bottleneck.
How to effectively solve the problem of financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises on China's economic development has important significance, therefore based on the characteristics of small and medium enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprise financing present situation are discussed in this paper, from a different point of view of the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, and to solve the problem of the study, in order to further improve the small and medium-sized enterprises in China financing environment to offer draw lessons from, in order to promote the development of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises.
