摘 要
射频卡贴片技术和我们的生活息息相关。现在,贴片机从早期的低速机械贴片机发展为高速光学对中贴片机,并向多功能、柔性连接模块化发展。随着电子工业的飞速发展,贴片设备已经广泛应用于各个领域,其中射频卡芯片贴片机也被广泛运用,使我们的生活变得更方便快捷,对贴片机的效率影响最重要的就是它的控制系统。随着数字控制技术的进一步发展和对贴片机在工业应用上的要求提高。传统的贴片机的控制系统,已没法满足我们对贴片机效率和精度的更好的要求,为此,我们必须选用一套新的技术实现对贴片机的控制要求。本课题的基本容是设计一个以S7-200型PLC为控制核心的贴片机。它是IC卡芯片专用贴片机。通过各种传感器检测,使用PLC控制走带步进电机、转臂步进电机、空气压缩机、震动给料器、震动给料条、气动阀、气缸、点胶机等部件,实现全自动贴片。

ABSTRACT
Rf card patch technology and our life. Now, placement machine has from the early low speed mechanical placement machine for high speed development of optical in placement machine, and to muti_function, flexible connection of modular development. Along with the rapid development of electronic industry, patch equipment has been used widely in all fields, including radio frequency card chip placement machine also has been widely used, make our life more convenient and fast, the influence of placement machine efficiency of the most important is the control system. With the further development of the digital control technology and the placement machine in industrial application of the demands of the improved. The traditional placement machine control system, has tried to satisfy our placement machine efficiency and precision of the better requirements, therefore, we must choose a new technology to realize the control requirements of placement machine. This topic is the basic content to design a S7-200 PLC to control the core of placement machine. It is IC chip special placement machine. Through the various sensor test, the use of PLC control go take step motor, turn arm step motor, air compressor, vibration feeder, shaking the feeding, pneumatic valve, the article cylinder, glue machine parts, realize the automatic patch.
