甲方：Party A:乙方：Party B:
本合同由（以下简称甲方）同（以下简称乙方）本着互 惠互利、平等自愿的原则，共同协商签署。

经甲乙双方同意用方租用乙方和其所有权的Bui ck GL8 轿车（第二辆，车号0 220）。租用期自XX年5月9日起，至 XX年5月8日止。租用期间甲方将在收到乙方提供的正式税 务发票之后按每月人民币壹万卷仟元的租金支付给乙方。

合同期内，甲乙双方认真履行此合同所规定只责任，如 下:

甲方于每月31日前支付租车费用给乙方；

Wt h a hour7 s break at noon; Party A shal I noti fy Party B i n a dvance i f Party A needs t o use the van on Sat ur day or Sun day and pay OT pay nent at 30 RNB per hour; hoi i day OT can be 40 RI\B per hour. The overt i n® paynent of the dri ver w 11 be nade upon Party Af s co nfi rnaiti on wth the tax i nvoi ce i ssued by Party B i n 30 days・
乙方的司机在合同期内的工作时间为每周一至周五，早 八点至晩五点中午午休一小时；周六、周日用车提前与司机 联系。甲方根据甲方人员确认的签字以月为单位支付给司机 30元/小时的加班费，法定节假日加班费为40元/ 根据甲方确认好的加班明细向甲方开具正式发票，甲方在收 到发票后30天内付款；
