摘 要
内筒是太阳能热水器的核心部分,其特性影响着产品的整体寿命,太阳能内筒起筋机是用来增强太阳能内筒的刚性,在太阳能行业得到广泛的应用。通过文献检索、企业流水生产线的参观,对太阳能内筒起筋机的结构、功能和工作原理进行归纳分析,并对国内外太阳能内筒起筋机的研究现状做了一番比较和总结,完成了起筋机的设计。
传动系统和辊压系统是起筋机的核心部分,本文对这两部分进行了详细的设计,其中将上下辊轮轴同时作为主动轴,通过一个齿轮传动达到二者的同步运动,较之电机只带动下辊轮轴旋转,再通过摩擦力带动上辊轮轴旋转,这样需求的动力大为减小,且减少了对被加工件的磨损。同时将下辊轮轴的直径加粗,并将其设计成空心轴,在保证其刚度的前提下即减轻了其重量,又方便了辊轮的安装固定。同时在下辊轮轴的悬臂端安装一个由汽缸带动的气动门,拖住下辊轮轴,避免了由于下辊轮轴刚性不足导致的起筋高度不够。本文对减速机、汽缸、万向联轴器和辊轮轴进行了详细的计算和校核,保证了设计的合理性,也简要介绍了对机架、轴承座等零部件的设计和选择过程。
通过计算分析和校核,本设计实现了预期的设计要求,达到了降低成本、寿命长、噪声小的目的。机器外形尺寸的设计方便工作人员操作,提高了加工效率。

ABSTRACT
