【摘要】目的 通过磁共振三维时间飞跃法(3D-T0F),探讨颅内 动脉成窗变异磁共振血管造影(MRA)的发生率、好发部位及其临床意义。 方法 收集行颅颈部磁共振3D-T0F检查的患者资料1445例,将原始图像 经工作站处理,得到最大密度投影(MIP)和容积重组(VR)图像,分 析颅内动脉成窗变异的影像学特点。结果1445例病例中,发现颅内动脉 成窗变异38例(检出率2. 63%, 38/1445),其中位于基底动脉16例(检 出率1. 11%, 16/1445);大脑前动脉12例(检出率0. 83%, 12/1445);
椎动脉6例(检出率0. 42%, 6/1445);大脑后动脉3例(%,
3/1445);大脑中动脉1例(检出率0. 07%, 1/14451 )0 38例成窗变异病
例中有1例合并动脉瘤。结论 磁共振3D-T0F能清楚显示和诊断颅内动脉 成窗变异这一少见血管异常。
