　　摘要：目的 研究超声弹性成像在乳腺肿瘤良恶性诊断中的临床价值。方法 选取2018年11月～2019年11月在我院诊治的86例（105个肿块）乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象，均行超声弹性成像检查，观察比较超声弹性成像结果与手术病理结果、乳腺良和恶性肿瘤超声弹性成像评分。结果 %、%、%;超声弹性成像评分中良性肿块评分1分、2分比例均高于恶性肿块，3分、4分、5分比例均低于恶性肿块，且良性肿块（3分及以下）比例高于恶性肿块，4～5分占比例低于恶性肿块，差异有统计学意义（P<）。结论 超声弹性成像对乳腺肿瘤的诊断率较高，且良性肿瘤弹性成像评分多为3分及以下，恶性肿瘤多为4～5分，对临床鉴别诊断具有较高的价值。

　　Abstract：Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast 86 patients with breast tumors （105 masses） diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.
