　　[摘要]目的 探討盆底超声在女性患者盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用及临床意义。方法 选取2018年2月～2019年3月于我院接受治疗的32例盆底功能障碍性疾病女性患者作为研究组，选取同期的30例非盆底功能障碍性疾病女性患者作为对照组，两组患者分别给予盆底超声，比较两组静息状态、缩肛状态及Valsalva状态超声检查的肛提肌裂孔横径（N）、肛提肌裂孔前后径（M）、耻骨内脏肌厚度（C）、肛提肌裂孔面积（A）及肛提肌左右支夹角（γ）。结果 研究组患者静息状态、缩肛状态及Valsalva状态超声检查的N、M长于对照组，C厚于对照组，A、γ大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<）。结论 盆底超声可为女性患者盆底功能障碍性疾病诊治提供及时、有效的信息支持，利于制订针对性的治疗措施，具有较高的应用价值。

　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application and clinical significance of pelvic floor ultrasound in female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods A total of 32 female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study group. At the same time， 30 female patients with non-pelvic floor dysfunction were selected as the control group. The patients in the two groups were given pelvic floor ultrasound respectively. the transverse diameter of （N）， anal levator muscle foramen and posterior diameter （M）. Thickness of pubic visceral muscle （C）， area of foramen foramen of levator anal muscle （A） and the angle between the left and right branches of the levator anal muscle （γ） of ultrasound at the resting state， anus contraction state and Valsalva state were compared between the two groups.
