　　【摘 要】随着我国社会经济的全球化发展，风电行业逐步取代了传统的电力行业，在电力发展过程中占据主导地位。风电产业又分为陆地和海洋两个部分，因为陆地风电产业对于土地面积有着很高的要求，在现阶段土地资源珍贵的背景下采取了海上发电方式，陆地风电的应用频率不断下降。与陆地风电相比，海上风电的污染度较低，且具备很丰富的能源，但是就发展现状来说，由于运行维护成本较高，其发展受到了一定的限制。
　　【Abstract】With the globalization development of China's society and economy， the wind power industry has gradually replaced the traditional power industry， occupying a dominant position in the power development process. The wind power industry is divided into two parts： land and sea. Because the land wind power industry has a high demand for land acreage， under the background of precious land resources at this stage， the offshore power generation mode is adopted， and the application frequency of land wind power continues to decline. Compared with land wind power， offshore wind power has lower pollution and rich energy. But as far as the development status is concerned， due to the high cost of operation and maintenance， its development is subject to certain restrictions.
