　　[摘要] 目的 分析饮食护理对妊娠糖尿病血糖控制及妊娠结局的干预效果。方法 选出70例该院2018年2月—2019年2月期间收治的妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象，将2018年2—8月收治的35例患者分为对照组，予以常规护理措施;2018年9月—2019年2月收治的35例患者分为观察组，予以饮食护理措施;比较两组血糖水平变化及妊娠结局。结果 干预后，两组的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）较干预前均有降低，观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平低于对照组;观察组产后并发症发生率（%）低于对照组（%）;观察组与对照组的新生儿窘迫症、巨大儿比较差异无统计学意义（P>）;但低体重儿发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P<）。结论 饮食护理可有效控制患者血糖水平，并且还可减少患者产后并发症与新生儿并发症的发生情况。

　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of dietary nursing intervention on glycemic control of gestational diabetes and pregnancy outcomes. Methods Seventy gestational diabetes patients admitted in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research object. The 35 patients admitted from February to August 2018 were divided into a control group and given routine care measures; 35 patients admitted from September 2018 to February 2019 were divided into an observation group and given dietary care measures; comparing changes in blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcomes between the two groups. Results After intervention， the fasting blood glucose （FPG）， 2 h postprandial blood glucose （2 hPG）， and glycated hemoglobin （HbA1c） of the two groups were lower than before the intervention. The levels of FPG， 2 hPG， and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.
