摘要
当今世界大多数国家都是多民族国家。按照民族主义“一族一国”的理论,
应该是一个民族一个国家,然而在多个民族存在的多民族国家中,不同的民族、
部落、宗教集团和种族如何能够和睦地比邻相处;如何把不同的文化、不同的民
族纳入到统一的政治体系之中;如何在一个民族和文化多样性的国家创造高度的
政治认同和社会向心力,维护民族团结和社会稳定,这些都有赖于多民族国家的
政治合法性。政治合法性是多民族国家进行政治统治的前提,是多民族国家内部
民族团结和社会稳定的基础。本文在研究影响多民族国家政治合法性因素的基础
上,提出了一些关于多民族中国政治合法性建构的建议。本研究分为五个部分进
行论述:
第一部分,主要说明了选择本问题进行研究的原因、理论意义和现实意义。
第二部分,首先对多民族国家政治合法性的含义、特征、基础等基本问题进
行了梳理。其次是对多民族国家政治合法性的重要性进行了论述,提出了政治合
法性是多民族国家进行政治统治的前提,是多民族国家内部民族团结和社会稳定
的基础。
第三部分,主要从政治、经济、文化几个方面论述了影响多民族国家政治合
法性的因素。
第四部分,从民族主义的基本问题入手,分析了民族主义对多民族国家政治
合法性的影响,并提出了一些相应的对策。
第五部分,基于以上的研究,从政治、经济、文化几个方面提出了一些关于
多民族中国政治合法性建构的建议。

Abstract

Most countries in the world are multi-ethnic states today. According to the theory
of nationalism of“a race a country”, should be a race a country, however in the
multi-ethnic states which many nationalities exist, how can the different race, the
different tribe, and the different religious neighbor be together harmoniously; How to
bring the different culture, the different nationality into the unification political
institution; How to create high political approval and the social centripetal force to
maintain national unity and stable of the society, in a cultural multiple state , these all
rely on the political validity of the multi-ethnic state. The political validity is the
premise of the political rule of multi-ethnic state, which also is the foundation of unity
and stable of multi-ethnic state. This article mainly researched the factor which affects
political validity of the multi-ethnic state first, then proposed some suggestions about
how to construct political validity in the multi-ethnic China. This research is divided
