近年来,特别是在金融危机后,国家虽然采取了拉动经济刺激的计划,但该经济刺激计划是阶段性的,从企业可持续发展的角度出发,大力拓展生存发展空间,开辟
新的经济增长点,发展国际业务是我们可持续发展的必然选择。另一方面,国内建筑行业市场竞争日趋激烈,利润空间对建筑企业的管理提出了严峻考验。从国际市场形势看,在经济进一步全球化的大背景下,国际市场前景广阔,国家鼓励建筑企业大力开拓海外市场,积极参与国际工程承包。然而,随着国际工程的规模的扩大,国际项目的竞争日益激烈,再加上国际工程是一个跨国经济活动,不仅要求从事国际工程的人员必需掌握相应的专业领域技术知识,还得广泛涉及项目管理,法律,金融,外贸,保险,财会等多方面的专业知识,除此之外还得结合项目实际情况综合考虑不同的国家,不同的民族,宗教,不同政治,经济文化背景,不同参与方的经济利益等相关因素的影响。因此,如何通过成本管理,以降低企业在国际工程承包中的风险成了我国企业在迈出国门时值得重点研究的一个话题。下面,笔者就以在我国企业在国际工程承包中的两个案例来对此问题做一个简要的分析。
