摘 要
酒店行业市场竞争日趋激烈，为了加强酒店的市场活力，企业商家们利用一切可以利用的酒店促销手段进行酒店的市场营销活动。那么酒店促销手段都有哪些？又该如何去使用呢？
经济生活水平的提高，酒店行业的同质化竞争也就越来越严重，在这样的一个钢筋混凝土的城市森林里，不声不响的低头走路是不会找到出路的，因此，各大大小小的酒店都绞尽脑汁，推出各种各样的促销活动，让自己的酒店有点声，有点响。
简单的说，酒店行业销售的跟其它的行业产品不同，它是在销售一种服务，是利用有形的外在物质加上无形的内在服务溶合在一起给客户呈献一种“产品”，我们要利用这种溶合的硬件与软件条件，有针对性的来选择酒店促销手段
