随着我国经济的健康、稳定发展,社会和人民对教育的需求不断的增长。从我国的实际来看,国家教育体系还存在许多问题,既有体制方面的,也有管理方面的。为了适应快速增长的教育需求,国家通过教育体制改革来促进教育事业的发展进程,教育市场化已成为我国教育事业发展的必由之路。
