苯系物、防腐剂和性激素的色谱分析

现代社会人们在致力于经济发展的同时,严重的污染问题越来越受到关注。其中水
体中苯类化合物的污染、食品中性激素的残留以及日常所用化妆品中过量添加防腐剂的
问题和我们日常生活紧密相关。本文第一章对近年来国内外这几方面的分析研究进展进
行了综述,包括分析检测方法和样品前处理方法。第二章,分别采用顶空单液滴微萃取
-气相色谱法和液下单液滴微萃取-液相色谱法测定水中苯及取代苯化合物。考察了单滴
微萃取过程中,萃取剂及其用量、萃取时间、搅拌速度等条件对检测结果的影响,并对
色谱条件进行了优化。苯、甲苯、二甲苯线性关系良好,样品检出限分别为 μg/L 、
μg/L 、 μg/L ,相关系数在 - 之间。2,4-二氯酚、2,6-二氯
酚、3,4-二氯酚和α-萘酚检出限在 - mg/L 之间,回收率 %-% 。第
三章,采用高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中尼泊金酯类防腐剂和特丁基对苯二酚,考
察了不同种类萃取剂及萃取剂用量对测定结果的影响。尼泊金酯类防腐剂在 -1 mg/L
范围内均有良好线性,检出限为 - ,回收率在 %-%之间,相对标准
偏差小于 % 。第四章,采用基质固相分散处理样品,高效液相色谱同时测定血豆腐
中雌三醇、诺龙、甲基睾丸酮、己烯雌酚四种激素。考察了分散剂种类、样品与分散剂
质量比、洗脱剂及洗脱体积对测定结果的影响。雌三醇、诺龙、甲基睾丸酮、己烯雌酚
的线性相关系数在 - 之间。样品检出限在 -µg/g 之间,回收率
%-%。

Abstract
At present, serious environment pollution problems have been caused more and more
public concern. The problems of benzene homologues pollution in water, sexhormone residue
in food, and add excessive preservatives in cosmetics are closely-related to our daily life . In
the first chapter, we summarized the main analytic research progress in these sides both at
home and abroad in these years including the methods of analytic detection and sample
pretreatment. In chapter two, headspace liquid-phase microextraction with GC and direct
single-drop microextraction with HPLC was used for the simultaneous determination of
benzene homologues and pounds in water. The effects of measuring conditions on
response such as extractant, extraction times, stirring speed and so on were investigated. The
chromatographic condition was optimized. The detection limits of benzene, toluene and
xylene were µg/L 、µg/L and µg/L respectively, linear correlation coefficient
