摘要：本文研究一种转速一-流量同步技术的注入式混药技术，包括含有微型同步电磁 注入泵与喷雾机柱/活塞泵构成混药系统，发动机同步信号驱动的微型同步电磁泵，电磁泵 吸入一定比例的原药，注入柱/活塞泵的进水室进行混药，也可以注入高压出水管道在管道 中完成混药再喷出，从而实现动态定比例的混药，同时通过变频调节控制器实现混药比变化
Abstract: A kind of flow synchro nizati on speed of injectio n pesticide mixing tech no logy is studied in this paper, including micro-synchronization with sprayer electromagnetic injection pump and column / piston pump constitute mixing system, as well as a synchronized electromagnetic micro-pump driven by engine synchronous signal. Solenoid pump enables the pesticide to be mixed in right proportion automatically, by absorbing a certain percentage of the original pesticide into the inlet chamber of column or piston pump to mix pesticide with water, or by being put into the high-pressure water pipes to complete the mixing of pesticide. At the same time, it can change the proportion of mixing of pesticide in dyn amic way.

一、概述
和其他技术领域一样，植保机械技术的发展，已经融合了非常多的现代化技术，但目前 中国的市场特别是广大农村，喷雾机的配药混药一直还是用原始的操作，最常见的作业是予 混式的喷雾，就是将所要喷的农药和水一起兑好在大的容器里，搅拌均匀,一般是50KG或 者100KG的大桶，在水田作业时，转移这样的大的容器劳动强度较大，操作者接触农药被 污染的概率也大，且人工费用高。为避免施药者与农药的接触，中国的技术人员在自动混药 方面做了大量的研究，如1989年万培蒜等人开发的植保机械射流装置，并在苏州农业药械 厂生产的出水混药器是唯一在中国国内市场化的产品，但该混药器只能用在①13mm的胶管 上，用药量多，压损大，。
