论新时代背景下的青年观
　　摘 要 当“青年”一词更多地作为一种贬义词出现在各大报刊杂志、网络媒体的曝光栏里，端正正确的青年观实属迫在眉睫。而塑造新时代背景下的青年观，需要高等院校、社会、青年自身三方形成合力，才能为一种价值观念培育滋长的空间。在此过程中，学院应从辅导员和自身管理制度入手；对于社会来说，发酵价值导向正确的舆情正是丹纳所谓的“时代气候”，而鉴于青年自身而言，理想信念不该外浮于形，而是深刻于内。　　关键词 青年观 高校 社会思潮 大学生自身　　中图分类号：G41 文献标识码：A　　On the Concept of Youth under the Background of New Era　　LIN Jing　　（Zhejiang College of Construction， Hangzhou， Zhejiang 311231）　　Abstract When the term “youth” as a derogatory term more appear in major newspapers and magazines， online media exposure column， correct the correct view of youth is imminent. In this process， college counselors and their own management system should start； For society， the fermentation of public opinion is the correct value-oriented Danner called “the era of climate”， and given the youth themselves， ideals and beliefs should not be floating outside in shape， but deep within.　　Key words concept of youth； college； social thought； college students themselves　　1 新时代的青年观内涵　　 青年观现状分析　　人民日报曾发表评论员文章，认为“80后”一代集体变老了，原本应该朝气蓬勃的年轻一代已经提前衰老，变得暮气沉沉。在校园里，也不再随处可见在草坪上朗读的莘莘学子，图书馆中也难寻以阅读为乐的爱书少年，取而代之的是沉迷于网络整日不迈出寝室大门的游戏玩家。当各大高校中，大学生们因跑步而猝死的新闻接二连三现于报端，不仅社会阶层，就连学生家长也质疑，自己的孩子在大学前还好好的，缘何一进高校体质就会如此孱弱。当代大学生正面临精神与身体上的双重衰老。　　另一方面，对于年轻人的不信任态度遍及整个社会阶层。当“
