纺织服装产业集群问题研究——兼论武汉纺织服装产业集群发展对策.pdf

摘要
本文对国内纺织服装业集群发展进行分析并结合纺织服装产业本身的特点总结
出服装产业集群发展所需要具备的条件接下来根据所得的结论对于武汉纺织服装
产业集群所需要具备的条件逐个分析最后在此基础上提出相应的建议和对策
本研究得出以下结论:
(1)外部规模经济效应是纺织服装产业集聚的内在动因纺织及服装企业追求都市
化经济或区域化经济带来的规模经济效益通过实现成本最小化或市场价值最大化
使得企业利润最大化企业的这种行为会导致众多企业在某一区域形成都市化集聚
或专业化集聚
(2)产业集聚的形成还需借助一定的外部条件对都市化集聚而言各都市型产业
如会展业信息传媒业教育业商业的良好发展是吸引纺织服装时尚产业保留于
都市的强大动力因此要形成纺织服装产业的都市化集聚就需要都市型产业本身
形成集聚效应同时将纺织服装产业纳入到都市化产业中使纺织服装产业和其它
都市型产业相互影响从而形成纺织服装产业集聚;对专业化集聚而言良好的区域
环境是专业化集聚得以形成和发展的土壤从而使区域产业朝着良性发展的轨道进
行使产业集聚的规模和层次不断提升都市化集聚和专业化集聚并不是截然对立
的通过比较发现它们在需求条件产业链区域环境和品牌方面都有着共通之处
而这也正是纺织服装产业集群发展的基本条件
(3)武汉纺织服装产业目前武汉市纺织服装产业在规模上形成了一定的地理聚集
但还没有形成真正的产业集群虽然从需求条件看具备一定的市场基础但与沿海
大城市有一定的差距而且其产业链区域环境和品牌与集群发展的要求相比有一
定差距因此武汉纺织服装产业集群迫切需要向更高层次发展并定位于成为中
国的服装贸易中心加工基地本文从产业链实施品牌战略区域环境建设等方
面对武汉纺织服装产业集群发展提出对策

ABSTRACT
This paper analyzes the domestic cluster of textile and apparel industry by using the
theory of industry cluster, then concludes the conditions for the domestic textile and
apparel industry cluster .Then it analyzes and summarizes the basic terms of cluster for
wuhan textile and apparel industry, finally it puts forward the countermeasures to develop
the cluster of Wuhan textile and apparel industry.
The conclusions of this study are as follows:
(1) External economics of scale are endogenous impetus of clustering for
Textile&Apparel industry. The enterprises tend to chase the benefit of localization
economics or urbanization economics, realizing the maximum of profit through minimum
of production cost or maximum of market value, which will lead to the formation of
localized or urbanized cluster.
(2) The formation of Industrial Cluster needs some external conditions. For urbanized
cluster, the well-developed urbanized industries, such as exhibition, media, education,
Textile&Apparel business, are great industry in power to keep the fashion
sector of The precondition of urbanized cluster is the clustering of urbanized industries.
