E-mail and Voice Mail E- mail and voice- mail are corporate assets and ponents of our ability municate with each other and to conduct the daily business of our agency. These two systems are provided by the center for employees to facilitate the performance of their work. The e-mail system, like all other CIL corporate property, is to be used ONLY for business purposes and not personal purposes of the employees. All e-munication must be handled in the same manner asa letter, fax, memo or other munication. mercial messages, employee solicitations, or copyrighted material may be distributed using the CIL's e-mail. E-mail messages must not contain content that could be considered offensive or disruptive. Offensive content includes, but is not limited to, a) obscene or harassing language or images, and b) comments or images that could offend someone on the basis of their religious or political beliefs, sexual orientation, national origin, handicap, race, or age. The contents of both the e-mail and voice mail systems are the property of the CIL. Although the center will not make a practice of monitoring these systems, management reserves the right to retrieve the contents of both the voice mail and e- mail systems as the situation warrants. Access access will be granted to employees as deemed necessary for legitimate research done in the course of performing center work. Use of the
