摘要
本设计是为祁东县国税局办公楼进行施工组织准备和施工方案设计。本建筑为祁东县国税局的办公场所,共八层,地下一层,地上七层。总建筑面积5843m2,,。结构形式是钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构,基础为柱下独立基础。本设计包括工程概况、施工条件和工程特点分析;施工组织准备工作,项目管理班子的组成;工程量的计算和施工方案的确定等。本次设计完成了网络图,施工平面图等的绘制。通过本次设计,达到了提高综合运用所学知识进行分析问题和解决实际工程问题的能力。

THE ANIZATION DESIGN OF STATE REVENUE OFFICE BUILDING FOR QI DONG COUNTRY
ABSTRACT
The content of design is preparations for anizations and the construction programs for the IRS office in Qidong County. The building is the office space for the IRS building for of Qidong County, a total of eight floors, one floor underground, seven floors on the ground. The total area of the building is 5843m2 , the height , the seventh floor of part of the building is structure is the framework of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure and the foundation is independent. The design include overview of the project ,construction and engineering characteristics and conditions, preparations for the anization, project management team, composed of engineering calculations and construction programs. The stage of this design has pleted: network, the construction of the floor plan. It can improve the ability prehensive utilization know ledge to analyze and solve the engineering practice problems.
