进入二十一世纪以来,企业的运营环境发生了巨大的变化,财务战略管理已经成为企业管理中非常重要的组成部分。在不同时期选择正确的财务战略,并运用到实际经营中,企业才会有持续发展的可能,才会有在行业中立足之地.
本文在阐述了生命周期基本理论的基础上,分析了企业在各个周期财务战略的选择。以北京百慕航材高科技股份有限公司生命周期各阶段的运行特征进行为依据,探讨了北京百慕航材高科技股份有限公司生命周期各阶段相应实施的财务战略。以企业的主营业务收入和净利润为主要考核指标,。

Abstract
Since the 21st century, the operation of a business environment has undergone tremendous changes. Strategic financial management has become a very important component of enterprise management. Choosing suitable financial strategy at different times and apply it to practical operation, the companies will have the chance for sustainable development and industrial existence.
Based on the statement of the life cycle theories, this article discuss the decision on financial strategy choice at different periods. On the basis analysis of the operating feature enterprises in all stages of Bermuda high-tech Co. life cycle, the paper discuss the corresponding financial strategy adopted by the company in each stage.
Take main business income and net profit as the main indicator for assessment on suitability of the enterprise's financial strategy. Finally, I point out the protection measures for implementation of the sustainable financial strategy enterprises
