华中科技大学硕士学位论文网络经济环境下的虚拟企业会计模式研究姓名:杨楠申请学位级别:硕士专业:会计学指导教师:万希宁 20090514 华中科技大学硕士学位论文华中科技大学硕士学位论文华中科技大学硕士学位论文华中科技大学硕士学位论文 I 摘摘摘摘要要要要传统财务会计模式的建立是以农业、工业经济实体为背景的,若对以网络信息技术为纽带、以双赢为目的的虚拟企业仍按照传统会计模式进行确认、计量和报告则不能真实公允地反映虚拟企业的财务状况和经营成果。本文采用系统法, 首先介绍了虚拟企业研究的相关成果,如虚拟企业的定义、运作流程、虚拟企业与其成员企业的关系, 然后介绍了虚拟企业会计的产生、虚拟企业会计信息需求和披露等。同时从会计模式和会计理论的关系出发,运用对比分析的方法,从虚拟企业会计信息系统的目标、支持虚拟企业会计信息系统的基本理论以及构建虚拟企业会计信息系统的平台三方面对网络经济环境下的虚拟企业会计模式进行了探讨。最后,提出实现虚拟企业会计模式的途径。不同的财务会计模式所依存的会计环境必然是连续的,围绕虚拟企业会计信息系统的目标、基础理论和内容构造的虚拟企业会计模式必然不会突然完全代替传统财务会计模式。本文并非是要对现行的传统财务会计模式进行完全的否定和摒弃, 而是需要吸收和继承其合理的部分,发展和改进其中与现行网络经济环境不相适宜的部分。随着网络经济的越来越发达,虚拟企业会计模式的相关研究必将再次成为会计信息化领域的一个热点。关键词: 虚拟企业会计信息系统会计理论会计模式华中科技大学硕士学位论文华中科技大学硕士学位论文华中科技大学硕士学位论文华中科技大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract Abstract Abstract Abstract Traditional accounting model was established on the basis of agricultural and industrial economic entities. I f traditional accounting model is still used to confirm, calculate and report virtual enterprise which is connected with information techniques and aimed to reach a win-win situation, the financial and e situation of virtual enterprise would not be fairly reflected. Firstly, this paper introduced some study concerned on virtual enterprise with systemic research method, such as the definition, operation procedures, the relationship between virtual enterprise and panies. Then some introduction on the turning up of virtual enterprise accounting, the needs and disclosure of accounting information o f virtual enterprise were made. M eanwhile, from the perspective of the relationship between accounting theory and accounting model, this paper did research on accounting model of virtual enterprise in economic environment parative method from three fields, such as the purpose of establishing accounting information system of pany, the basic theory supporting it and the platform of building pany accounting information system.
