辽宁大唐国际阜新煤制天然气项目,位于辽宁省阜新市新邱区长营子镇,由辽宁大唐国际阜新煤制天然气有限公司投资建设。本项目以锡林浩特胜利煤田的褐煤为主要原料生产天然气,建设规模为公称能力1200万Nm3/d(天然气)。本项目分三期建设,一期建设规模为公称能力400万Nm3/d(天然气),二、三期建设规模分别为公称能力400万Nm3/d(天然气)。本项目主要工艺单元装置包括:煤气化装置、空分装置、低温甲醇洗装置、甲烷化装置以及硫回收装置等,我单位此次承建的为空分界区内的建筑安装工程(一期)。工程设计单位为中国五环工程有限公司,监理单位为北京金海湾工程建设监理公司。
空分装置设备基础主要含两个冷箱基础和若干个单体的设备基础,本方案主要编制内容为空分装置之中的冷箱基础分部工程。冷箱基础底板结构尺寸为14m*26m(长*宽,局部长度22m)、结构高度3米,(),共两套冷箱基础。基础垫层以下处理采用膨胀土防水毯,垫层混凝土采用C10,基础混凝土采用C35防水抗冻混凝土(防水等级P12、抗冻等级F200)。冷箱基础在使用过程中将承受低温-190
°且承受着很大的荷载,基础质量的好坏将直接影响到冷箱安全与制氧能力。由于业主对冷箱基础施工的工期要求较紧,如何改进施工方法使在确保质量的前提下加快施工进度,是冷箱基础施工的核心内容,因此特编制此方案。
