摘 要
目前，我国中小企业自有资金缺乏，融资渠道狭窄不畅，融资需求难以得到满足，信用担保体系尚未完善，分析其自身存在抗风险能力低，改制不规范，信用观念淡薄，财务制度不完善；外部环境存在信用担保体系不完善等原因，笔者认为应从企业自身、金融系统、政府及其他方面等多方面协作，彻底解决中小企业融资难问题。
本文共分为六部分。第一部分是前言，主要是对我国中小企业融资背景的介绍。第二部分主要讲我国中小企业的相关理论，包括中小企业的界定标准和作用地位。第三部分是目前我国中小企业的融资现状。第四部分是对我国中小企业融资难的原因分析。第五部分作者提出了一些解决中小企业融资难的切实可行的对策。第六部分是结论。

Abstract
Presently, SMEs in our country has many problems, such as the lack of funds, the poor narrow financing channels, the difficulties to meet the financing needs, and the imperfect credit guarantee system. Depend on those problems, this article analyzes their own abilities to resist risks are low, that conversion is not standardized, that the concept of credit is weak, that the financial system is imperfect, and external environments such as credit guarantee system are not well. I believe that all of those can be solved, when we collaborate many aspects such as the enter enterprises, financial systems, government and many other aspects.
This paper is divided into six sections. The first part is introduction, mainly on the background of the introduction of SME financing. The second part is mainly about the theory of SMEs in China, including the role of SMEs in the definition of standards and status. The third part is t
